The USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work offers its Master of Social Work (MSW) program online to reach aspiring social work leaders across the country.
The online MSW curriculum — which is identical to its on-campus equivalent program — enables you to master a range of social work techniques, including early intervention, prevention and wellness, leadership and effective collaboration, and evidence-based practice.
The MSW@USC At-a-Glance
With part-time and full-time options, the CSWE-accredited MSW@USC is a flexible program that prepares students to become licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs).
- Traditional Program: Complete 60 credits in as few as 16 months
- Advanced Standing Program: Complete 37 credits in as few as 12 months
- Concentrate your studies in one of three departments:
- Adult Mental Health and Wellness
- Children, Youth and Families
- Social Change and Innovation
- Optional program tracks in Military Social Work or School Social Work
- 1,000 hours of supervised field placement
